Warranty:

All timepieces sold through DesignerValues.com, Inc. will be warranted through Designer Values Inc. for a period of 2 years unless otherwise noted. We will within the warranty period, repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. The timepiece must be in our possession prior to warranty expiration regardless of the date the defect occurred. The warranty does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic fields, or batteries; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, buckles, finishes, cases, dials, crowns, buttons or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear; nor does it cover overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents, misuse or return shipping. Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty. Warranties are not transferable. Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any party other than us will deem the warranty null and void. Opening the back casing of the watch by uncertified watchmakers voids all warranties.

Free sizing is available on most items. Additional fees may apply in certain cases. Please contact us for more info.

Shipping:

We ship all our items via Fedex 2 day Air, fully insured. Overnight shipping is available upon request so please contact us.  We guarantee orders to ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please call us to get your order expedited.

International shipments: International buyers to pay $30-$50 for insured shipping with Fedex International Priority (1-3days) to most countries. Please contact us to make sure we ship to your country.

Payments from outside the US Must be via bank wire transfer or paypal (up to $10000) and we are not responsible to know your customs rules and regulations and are not held accountable for applicable fees.
